For almost twenty years we have offered our customers the opportunity of reducing costs on each and every purchase they make. The cost of annual dues is $16.00 ($1.25 per month.) Discounts begin on the day a membership is activated and expires one full year from the last day of the month the membership begins. So, each membership is active for a minimum of twelve months and a maximum of thirteen months. It is not based on the calendar year. Every member will receive a minimum of 5% off all items and senior discounts (over 50 years of age) are doubled to 10% on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. (We plan to soon enhance and increase our basic minimum discounts once we have completed all the work we need to accomplish in the new store.)

Current discount club members also receive deep discount offers that are posted on our easel board near the front door of the store. These offers begin at 10% and go up to 40% to even 50% off on popular items. There are usually six or more of these deep discount offers with about half being foods and the other half being non-food products. Members can stock up on any of these sale items without limitation. These offers are posted for two months at a time and changed six times a year. If you spend more than $125 yearly with us, it would probably be worthwhile to join. If you spend less than $100 yearly, it may not be cost-effective to join.

Our e-mail newsletter is automatically included as a benefit for members. Non-members can also choose to subscribe at no cost. We publish a monthly newsletter (with a 15% off offer in each newsletter) that focuses on the birds of our area. Many of our customers tell us they put 3-ring binder holes and collect them all as they are a valuable resource.
