Cedar Parthenon Feeder
This newly revised version of one of our best-selling dove/pigeon-proof feeders is a slightly downsized model of the original, but with some important improvements. Unlike the older, larger model that was made from western red cedar, the new models are constructed from inland incense cedar – a much more durable, insect/weather-proof wood. The roof is hinged and half of the roof opens wide for easy filling. This model is designed to allow all the songbirds (cardinals, Pyrrhuloxia, grosbeaks, finches, buntings, etc.) access to the seed but will not allow larger birds (doves, pigeons, grackles, etc.) to feed. The 2-1/2” deep platform tray holds 4-6 pounds of seed without spilling. So, no doves on or in the feeder and no doves below the feeder waiting for spillage. Standard features include hardwood dowels, double rust-proof screening, and rust proof hardware and hinges. Comes either as a hanging or pole/post mount model. This feeder has a lifetime guarantee for twenty years of normal use. Not guaranteed against squirrel or raccoon damage. Made by and for The Wild Bird Store exclusively. $149.99 #69

Songbird Hopper
Inspired by the Parthenon, this feeder is designed to feed cardinals
and smaller songbirds. Cardinals can fit through the hardwood dowels while
larger birds, such as doves or pigeons, cannot. The double feeding platforms
are large enough to hold multiple birds and the side railing prevents
seed spillage. The large hopper holds approximately 5-6 pounds of your
favorite seed mix. Can be hung or post mounted.

Wire Suet Feeder
Framed
in incense cedar, this feeder features vinylized wire mesh with ½" openings
and bird-friendly rustproof chain. The ¼" mesh economizes the cost of
suet as it tends to last considerably longer than the standard 1" openings.
The lid of the feeder tilts off to either side of this double-sided feeder
for easy loading of suet cakes. For use by clinging birds.
Approximately
7" L x 7" H x 2" W

Doweled Suet Feeder
Constructed
of incense cedar and ½" hardwood dowels, this double-sided feeder features
perches to allow non-clinging passerines to use. Orioles, tanagers, mockingbirds,
cardinals, Pyrrhuloxia, thrashers, and towhees are typical users of this
type of feeder, particularly when fruit suets are offered. Pull out locking
dowel, slide suet into feeder, and reinsert locking dowel, hang and enjoy
watching. Can be hung or mounted.
Approximately 7" H x 9" L x 7" W
